Surname shown as an initial for junior athletes.
A skill rating from 0 to 1000, built from who finished ahead of whom in every individual heat; ± shows how sure it is. Each discipline group has its own rating, and Overall counts every rated heat. It is provisional until 10 rated heats.
Not enough races yet. A rating shows once there are 10 rated heats in a discipline group.
Under 10 rated heats: no number is shown and it isn't ranked.
A rating is provisional until it has 10 rated heats: until then it says more about how few heats there are than about Tessa.
Each age band is rated separately; moving up starts from the rating carried over, with more uncertainty.
